I am going to prepare binangkal today, this is a doughnut originated from Visayas and Mindanao, it is coated with sesame seeds. To know more about the recipe lets start with the ingredients:

BINANGKAL

2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

3/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup cornstarch

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 whole egg

2 tsp melted butter

1 tsp vanilla flavor (optional)
