There is WAY too much you can do in Cebu! It is a centrally located province known for having the oldest city AND oldest Roman Catholic church in the country, 100+ surrounding islands, abundant waterfalls, mouth-watering lechon, and juicy mangoes. We did not have nearly enough time to explore how diverse Cebu was, but that leaves more for next time :)
